Oh! Its Irene Adler!!! Holmes loved her so much and could not let her fade into obscurity. Irene felt the same about Holmes, and so she divorced her newly married husband/fiancé, ran away to the States and set up her very own detective agency with a little bit of help and guidance from her one true love! ;)
