Shift work course, from CDC

Some of the theory I hadn't known before, and some of the tips are pretty good (and I took this course while working a night shift, some weeks ago...:P)

So, I thought perhaps some people here might find it of interest (browngirl, for example :))

There's usually a shift differential in the U.S., at least in healthcare, one is paid more for evenings/nights/weekends
