Self-sabotage and sub-personalities

med_cat: (SH education never ends)

Another article by [livejournal.com profile] gutta_honey, from July 2013, which I'd translated and she kindly gave me permission to post. I found it of interest and thought perhaps some of you might as well; I haven't seen such a detailed analysis using this approach. Most often, the most problematic ones as the behaviour and decision-making goes are the child sub-personalities. Because very few people have had an ideal childhood, one that was just completely perfect in every way, most people have encountered these phenomena to a greater or lesser extent.
