A study of more than 5,000 Australian twins, published in Alcoholism: Clinical & Experimental Research, linked alcohol dependence to an increased likelihood of marrying late and separating early. "If drinking continues or increases to levels of problem use, likelihood of marriage, or of having a lasting marriage, may decrease," the lead study author said. HealthDay News (1/18)

P.S. I always considered medical researchers to be mostly resistant to mental illness...
It's one of those...Umm...DUH! sorts of experiments.
