A man dressed in a Darth Vader outfit recently came to the Odessa city government office with an application for getting a plot of land. He presented the Ukrainian passport and a filled out application. His application was accepted. The visitor also said that the representatives of the local administration have gone over to the dark side of the Force and, because of that, he counts on their assistance. One of the staff members was said to have been really frightened by "Darth Vader"'s visit. According to the news, she needed medical help. The press-secretary of the mayor, Anna Osipchuk, later refuted accusations of the local government having crossed over to the dark side of the Force. "We are not there [on the dark side], we are people of light," she stated.

Пресс-секретарь мэра Анна Осипчук позднее отвергла обвинения в переходе местной власти на темную сторону Силы. «Мы не там [не на на темной стороне], мы светлые люди”, — заявила она.
