This journal is mostly public because most of it contains poetry, quotations, pictures, jokes, videos, and news (medical and otherwise). If you like what you see, you are welcome to drop by, anytime. I update frequently.
One thing I know for sure is that if you struggle with any situation, but never learn the underlying lesson, it will come back to you again and again until you learn it.
