This journal is mostly public because most of it contains poetry, quotations, pictures, jokes, videos, and news (medical and otherwise). If you like what you see, you are welcome to drop by, anytime. I update frequently.
I happened to come across this link and thought others here on LJ might be interested, since I know a number of my friends and their friends write. Please keep in mind that I don't know anything about any of the anthologies listed (reputation, terms, etc.); I am merely passing the information along.
