Very true, but/and, part of the problem is figuring out how to move on from failure, what the next step is. If one doesn't know and/or has been taught that failure is The End, that can be difficult to figure out.

That's also very true...and I think, in some cases (speaking generally, you understand :) it's also whether the people involved _want_ to move on...you think?
