(I must say, I'd not seen people engaging in such blatant lies...but I have seen people being very selective about what they post...)
P.S. From comments to this entry--there had actually been such a case recently...
"Erika Murray's Facebook page is what you'd consider pretty normal. She's "in a relationship since June 23, 2000." There are pictures of her two kids, comments about work. And, oh, she "got everything the kids needed for back to school." There's no mention of the three dead babies in her house."

The worst ever instance I've heard of public vs private face was a horrible grisly case in Blackstone MA discovered this past October. It's going to be hard to find an impartial jury for that.
What was the case about, or should I even want to know?
