If we're talking about "beautiful words", AFAIC their beauty (or otherwise) has nothing to do with their meaning, history, or etymology. I'd vote for /bəˈrɑʒ/, written "barrage". Cf. "cellar door (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cellar_door)".

Some nice words there! It might be a good idea to add them to a word pool for poetry writing.
