В 2015 году в российских больницах умерло на 24 тысячи человек больше, чем годом ранее. Специалисты фонда независимого мониторинга "Здоровье" напрямую связали рост смертности с сокращением числа больничных коек. Люди попадают в больницы слишком поздно, сообщает РБК со ссылкой на доклад фонда. В министерстве здравоохранения России эту версию опровергают.

За 2013-2015 годы в России сокращено более 100 тысяч коек, в первую очередь, специализированных, и преимущественно в районных и сельских больницах. Теперь лечить пациентов, к примеру с инфарктами и инсультами, просто некому, указывается в докладе фонда "Здоровье".

В Минздраве рост смертности в больницах не отрицают, но связывают это с тем, что в больницы стало поступать больше больных в возрасте и с тяжелыми заболеваниями.

Эксперты и СМИ бьют тревогу в связи с постоянным сокращением финансирования системы здравоохранения в России. Министерство финансов в следующем году предложило сократить расходы на здравоохранение еще почти на 29 миллиардов рублей

В рейтинге эффективности здравоохранения, который ежегодно составляет Bloomberg, Россия в 2016 году заняла последнее, 55-е место.

The specialists of the "Health" foundation of independent monitoring said that the increase in mortality is directly related to cutting the number of the hospital beds. People get to the hospital far too late, RBK reports, referencing the foundation's report. The Russian Ministry of Health refute this interpretation of statistics.

During 2013--2015, the number of hospital beds in Russia has been cut by more than 100,000, mostly beds in the specialty units, and mostly in district and rural hospitals. Now there is simply nowhere that people with illnesses such as MIs and CVAs can be treated, the "Health" foundation's report indicates.

The Ministry of Health does not deny the increase in mortality within the hospitals, but state it is related to the fact that hospitals have been admitted a greater number of older patients and a greater number of more seriously ill patients.

The experts and mass media are raising the alarm because of constant reductions in the financing of the healthcare system in Russia. The Ministry of Finance has proposed reducing the healthcare budged further, by almost another 29 billion rubles.

In the annual Bloomberg's effectiveness of healthcare rating, Russia in 2016 got the last, 55th place.
