I'm not entirely amazed -- Amazon parrots can be such hams! --but still pretty impressed. The San Diego Safari Park (I live about a half hour from there on the freeway, so visit fairly often) used to have an Amazon in their bird show. Lolita performed one or two songs, if I remember correctly, and had an exchange of words with her trainer, including some great imitations of various animals (and a car alarm). Of course she'd been trained in the routine, but sometimes she did obvious ad-libs. She seemed to be having a great time.
I couldn't make out all of the songs, but "Dashing Through the Snow" almost made me fall out of my chair laughing!
