Basically, the best way is not too much of anything, and 'a little of what you fancy does too do you good' :)

Thing is, I have believed for years that the reason more people seem to be getting cancer is simply that a lot o other diseases - the ones that used to kill before people got the cancers - have been eliminated, or reduced.
