There is a billboard on the main road into my town, advertising a local meal-kit-delivery service. The name of the business is "Eat Clean, Bro!" (I once compared what I spend on groceries to the cost of the prepped food delivery. Yeah, some underpaid worker does the messy prep work for me, but I don't want to be part of that economic model. So I spend my money on food I select at the store, and apply my own skills to it, and it's cheaper.

Nursing shortage - the last time I was in the ER at NYU Langone in New York City, looking around the room I saw fewer nurses and technicians than I was used to seeing. And the few times before that I had realized the staff I saw was being pushed to the max by what was expected of them. (Many of them were visibly Southeast Asian women in beautifully embroidered hijabs. It lifts my mood, when I'm feeling unwell, that the person caring for me is wearing SEQUINS on her head!)
