LaVerne Biser has traveled the world to take photos and witness total eclipses of the sun. He’s also made his own telescopes.

And yes, thanks to you and Dine for the info; myself and two friends (one in the Philippines, one in the UK) watched quite a bit of the NASA livestream :)
