The U.S. ranked first in terms of obesity rates among the 33 richest countries in the world, according to a new report by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. Unless industry, the public and the government work together to address the issue, three in four Americans will become overweight or obese by 2020, resulting in higher disease rates and health costs, the OECD said.
